What is the temperature rating?
The standard duvet in the Bundle Bed is 15-TOG which will keep you nice and warm in most climates. We are working on duvets for other seasons too, which we will have for you in the future..!
Does the couple’s pack come with 2 x normal sheets as well as the double sheet?
Yes, the couple’s pack comes with the 2 x standard fitted sheets PLUS an extra FREE double bed sheet so that the beds can be used both independently, or double up whenever you are camping together.
Does the self-inflating mattress puncture easily?
We have tried various self-inflating mattresses and the ones now in the bed are custom made and really good quality. The mattress is encased in a pocket made from the thick water-resistant material in the outer layer and topped with a jersey cotton lining. This protects it from punctures. Alongside that, we are working on a kit to mend any punctures on the rare occasion that they happen.

As promised, we wanted to keep you updated on progress with timings. We have had a couple of small hurdles to jump over. One of which was product testing, and the fact that our testing facility in Hong Kong has had a few days off over the past couple of months for national holidays, which has set us back by a few days. Another is the fact that the shipping lines from Brunei have changed somewhat, and will now go via Singapore, which will mean that shipping is some 11 days longer than we had initially anticipated. We are still aiming for a landing in the UK in July, but we think this may be towards the very end of the month. We will then need to inventorise, and dispatch from our fulfillment centre in Essex. All this may well lead to some people not receiving their beds until August in all reality. We really have tried to stick to schedule, and will do our best to claw back lost days. We thought it prudent to say, that we may be just a few days late on delivery, but will do our best to get the beds to you as soon as possible.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
